Privacy Policy

1. Information You Provide

When you use Bwake, you may provide:

• Your email address and authentication information.
• Your profile name and profile photo.
• Reality names, descriptions, and images.
• Images added after marking a Reality as Manifested.
• Reality Stages and their completion history.
• Inspired Actions.
• Visualization and Presence Practice history.
• Feedback, improvement suggestions, and problem reports.

Photos are accessed only when you choose to select or capture an image for use within Bwake.

2. Practice and Activity Information

Bwake stores information needed to provide practice history, statistics, synchronization, and guidance, including:

• Visualization dates and durations.
• Presence Practice dates and durations.
• Breathing interaction data, such as the number and duration of inhale and exhale movements.
• Practice goals and streaks.
• Reality Stage and Inspired Action activity.
• Dates associated with creating, updating, completing, or deleting content.

This information supports features inside the app. It is not used to diagnose, monitor, or treat any medical condition.

3. Product Analytics

Bwake uses limited first-party product analytics to understand whether the app is useful and where it may need improvement.

These analytics may record:

• Creation of a Reality.
• Marking a Reality as Manifested.
• Creation or completion of a Reality Stage.
• Completion of a Visualization.
• Saving an Inspired Action.
• Completion and duration of a Presence Practice.
• Weekly activity and combinations of practices.
• App language.
• Pseudonymous identifiers used to avoid counting the same activity more than once.

Bwake does not include Reality titles, Reality descriptions, images, profile content, or Inspired Action text in its product analytics.

We do not use this information for advertising, and we do not track your activity across apps or websites owned by other companies.

4. Feedback and Support

When you submit feedback from the app, we receive the message and its category.

If you leave the relevant options enabled, the report may also include:

• Your app version.
• Device manufacturer and model.
• Operating system and version.
• App language.

Your account email is included so we can understand the account connected to the report and respond when necessary.

Feedback is stored using Firebase and delivered to support@bwake.app through Resend.

5. Information Stored on Your Device

Bwake follows a local-first approach. Some information is stored on your device so that the app can remain responsive and continue supporting appropriate features when connectivity is limited.

When you are signed in, supported information is synchronized with cloud services so it can remain available across your devices.

Removing the app may remove locally stored information, but it does not automatically delete information already synchronized with your Bwake account.

6. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Create and maintain your account.
• Store and synchronize your Realities and related activity.
• Provide Visualization and Presence Practice features.
• Calculate history, statistics, streaks, and guidance.
• Restore your information on another signed-in device.
• Respond to support requests and feedback.
• Understand product usage and improve Bwake.
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, and diagnose technical problems.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

7. Legal Bases for Processing

Where applicable data-protection law requires a legal basis, we process information:

• To provide the service you request and perform our agreement with you.
• For legitimate interests such as security, reliability, support, and limited product improvement.
• Based on your choice when you upload an image or include optional technical information in a feedback report.
• To comply with legal obligations when required.

8. Services That Process Information

Bwake uses trusted service providers to operate the app and website:

• Google Firebase and Google Cloud for authentication, database storage, file storage, cloud functions, and synchronization.
• Google Sign-In when you choose to sign in using your Google account.
• Resend to deliver support and feedback messages.
• Cloudflare to host, secure, and deliver the Bwake website.

These providers process information according to their own terms and privacy commitments and only for the services they provide to us.

9. International Processing

Bwake is operated from Israel and uses service providers that may process information in other countries.

App records may be stored in European Firebase infrastructure, while uploaded files may be stored in the United States. Other service providers may process limited information in additional locations.

Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards provided by our service providers for international data transfers.

10. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We do not share personal information with advertising networks or data brokers.

Information may be shared:

• With service providers necessary to operate Bwake.
• When you intentionally use a sharing feature.
• When required by law or necessary to protect users, Bwake, or others.
• As part of a future business transfer, subject to appropriate privacy protections and notice where required.

11. Data Retention

Account information and synchronized user content are generally retained while your Bwake account remains active.

Feedback records stored by Bwake are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to review and respond to the submission.

Temporary records used to prevent duplicate analytics processing are scheduled for deletion after 30 days.

Pseudonymous analytics associated with your account are deleted when your account is deleted. Aggregated statistics that no longer identify or relate back to an individual account may remain.

Limited residual copies may remain temporarily in service-provider backups until those backups are overwritten according to the provider’s normal retention cycle.

12. Account and Data Deletion

You can delete your account from within Bwake through the account settings.

Account deletion removes:

• Your authentication account.
• Your Bwake profile.
• Your Realities and associated content.
• Reality Stages and Inspired Actions.
• Visualization and Presence Practice history.
• Uploaded profile and Reality images.
• Per-user analytics state linked to your account.
• Locally stored account data on the device completing the deletion.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

If you cannot access the app, visit the Delete Account page on bwake.app. The planned website flow will allow you to sign in securely with the account connected to Bwake and initiate deletion without reinstalling the app.

If you cannot access the authentication method associated with your account, contact support@bwake.app. We may need to verify your identity before deleting information.

13. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Request access to your personal information.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Request deletion.
• Receive a portable copy of certain information.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
• Submit a complaint to an applicable data-protection authority.

To make a request, contact support@bwake.app. We may need to verify your identity before completing the request.

14. Children’s Privacy

Bwake is not intended for children under 16.

You must be at least 16 years old to create a Bwake account. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you should use Bwake only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

If we learn that an account was created by a child below the permitted age, we may delete the account and its associated information.

15. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information, including authenticated access, encrypted connections, user-scoped cloud storage, and restricted backend operations.

No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

16. Website Privacy

The Bwake website will not initially use advertising cookies or third-party marketing analytics.

Cloudflare may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, security events, and request logs to deliver and protect the website.

Links to Google Play, the App Store, or third-party services are governed by the privacy practices of those services after you leave the Bwake website.

17. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when Bwake, its service providers, or applicable legal requirements change.

The updated policy will display a revised effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice inside the app or through another appropriate method.
